Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and adjustment

In case you are not able to join the session, do not worry. Let us know 24 hours before your session date and we will be happy to adjust this to a mutually agreeable date within 45 days of the original date (after which it expires). This goes for us as well — in case of an emergency, if we cannot hold a session, we will keep you posted 24 hours in advance. This information must be sent in writing to maya@maya6419.com and messages on +91 98982 88380.

Refund

There is no refund or transfer policy.

Recordings

Session recordings are given in a few cases and are not a mandate. Please check with us in case your session has a recording. Maya is not liable for any technical glitch in case the recording is faulty, or for any other technical problem. You are advised to check with the team and download within 24 hours of receiving it.

Maya may modify this policy or act in any other legal or reasonable manner as each case may demand, with a clear focus on enforcing discipline in a fair, lawful and compliant manner. In the event of doubts regarding this disclaimer or its terms and conditions, I agree to seek clarification from Maya. This must be done via email at maya@maya6419.com and by text messages on +91 98982 88380. Following clarification, I commit to promptly adhering to and implementing the decisions and guidance related to it as communicated by Maya.
